We are a customer engagement virtual call center operating in the U.S., offering several client customer service solutions including a major telecommunications provider, a major theme park, one of the largest tax preparation providers, among other Fortune 500 clients. We are an Individual Business Owner (IBO) Partner with Arise helping Individuals become work at home professionals, supporting our Customer Service Professional in all areas of support with over 19 years of experience in the field.

Our company believes and stands for honesty and integrity so we will walk you through the whole application process and are available anytime thereafter for questions and concerns.

Our home base company is located in the State of Nevada and hire in all states except CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR & WI. 

Support & services

Our company focuses on the success of at-home call center Agents that choose us to connect their companies with our amazing clients. We focus on quality and as such we’re able to produce Agents within the Arise Virtual Solutions network. We are dedicated to making the Agents that choose us to mentor their companies be the highest performing in the network

Our focus is on helping new at-home call center agents through the system. We are here for you to benefit and assist from the beginning. Starting with the enrollment process, selecting and certifying your first client, getting paid, and beyond.

To provide the support and infrastructure necessary for our Agents to achieve top performance, we charge a simple flat service fee of $50 per invoice period (this price includes our Arise partner’s price of $19.75).

Reporting 

You will receive a detailed report identical to what we received from Arise. Nothing is hidden or held back. You receive all bonuses and incentives offered to you by your client.

What we keep on file

A copy of your client opportunity and Independent Contractor Agreement is on file for the time frame you provide services to the client of your choice. You are given a copy of your client’s contract for your records, outlining your pay rate and contractual expectations.

Support.

A wide variety of services are provided to help you become and remain successful with your client. We stay on standby to help you when needed. We also have a support line, and we have an email where we can be reached anytime, day or night. 

Incidents

Our dedicated team will advocate on your behalf, researching every issue, providing the detailed feedback we receive, and expediting a resolution. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer Service Representative for inbound calls, chat, or e-mail customer support.
  • Must have a quiet home office with high-speed Internet and phone.
  • You choose if you want to work Full or Part-Time.
